The Auchalochy boatshed is in the final stages of construction, the doors went on last week and the side cladding should be finished after this weekend.heres a couple of shots of the committee building the shed.

Just after the work completed the fish started rising on the Loch. Jamie and myself decided to fish as we had a rod handy.Here are some of the fish.

4 nice brownies for 3.5lbs

The second championship competition was fished on Auchalochy on the 8th May. The winner was Neil Brown with a nice Brownie weighing a pound, well done Neil.
A lot of the fish were taking small black flies with white wings being blown from the trees, but were proving very difficult to tempt.
The senior championship leader is Neil Brown closely followed by John McDonald. The Juniors have yet to score.
